Double vane pump double action
When the motor drives the rotor to rotate along the blade, the blade extends outwards under the double action of centrifugal force and pressure oil at the bottom of the blade, and its top is close to the inner surface of the stator. The four blades on the four concentric arcs are respectively connected with the outer surface of the rotor, the inner surface of the stator and two flow plates to form four sealed working oil Chambers. With the rotation of the rotor, these oil Chambers will change from small to large or from large to small in the sealing work. The oil can be sucked or pressed out through the oil absorption window (connected with the oil suction port) or the oil discharge window (connected with the oil discharge port) of the distribution plate.
Unloading type
In the process of each rotor rotation, each working oil chamber completes two times of oil absorption and oil pressure, so it is called double-acting vane pump, because the high and low pressure Chambers are symmetrical and symmetrical each other, the axial force is balanced, it is unloading type. |
