Precautions for using air cooler

As for the performance and safety of the air cooler, there are matters needing attention during working hours, which does not mean that there are any quality problems in the air cooler itself, but the protection of the air cooler and the safety assurance for users. As a high cost performance air cooler, the air cooler produced by our company needs to remind users of the following points:

 

First of all, when the cooler is working, the vent valve on the cooling line shall be opened for exhaust, and then it shall be closed after water is seen, so as to avoid air resistance affecting the cooling effect of the cooler.

 

Secondly, in order to avoid the damage of pressure holding equipment, it is necessary to close the cooling water and open the vent valve when the cooler is shut down and the line is swept.

 

Once again, the cooling water may overflow with frozen particles. Before using the machine, be sure to discharge the water left in the cooler.

 

Or series usually has a water inlet and an oil inlet. The temperature difference cannot exceed 80 ℃. Food and chemicals cannot be used.

 

Finally, the use of inlet valve to control the water volume may cause short circuit of water flow in the air cooler, or significantly slow down the speed, leading to the phenomenon of heating up and cooling down, and the heat exchange effect is not good, so it is the right operation to control the cooling by the outlet valve after the temperature is adjusted.
