Double vane pump is two double-acting single-stage vane pump parts installed in the same pump body (commonly known as intermediate pump body), and driven by the same shaft rotation. Two single-stage pumps may or may not have equal flow. They share an oil inlet, but each has a separate oil outlet.
The high pressure and small flow pump of the double vane pump is used to realize the working feed movement; Low pressure large flow pump, to achieve rapid stroke movement. When the rapid stroke movement, the hydraulic pump output oil through the one-way valve and hydraulic pump to supply oil to the system; When the working feed, the system pressure increases, the control pressure oil will overcome the liquid control sequence valve (unloading valve) spring force, so that the low pressure large flow pump unloading, pump 1 alone into the system high pressure oil, at this time, the system pressure by the overflow valve, the one-way valve is closed under the action of the system pressure oil.
Double vane pump with oil supply pressure can be adjusted independently, and according to the needs of the work, in low pressure two pumps in parallel oil supply, high pressure pump oil supply, another pump unloading characteristics. Such not only power loss is small, reduce oily fluid to heat up, and structure is simple, dismantle repair, assemble convenient, function is better. Therefore, in the machine tool hydraulic system widely used.
