1. If any quality problem occurs within 7 days after the product is used, our company can return or replace the new product. All expenses shall be borne by our company. (except for human factors)

 

2. If any quality problem occurs within one year after the product is delivered spontaneously, our company will return, replace, replace, and maintain the new products according to the seriousness of the product quality problem, and all expenses shall be borne by us (except for human factors). Products exceeding the warranty period are subject to lifelong maintenance service.

 

3.Installation: as our products are easy to install, all customers can install by themselves. If you have any questions, please feel free to consult us!

 

4. Transportation: any problems (including insurance, loss, damage, etc.) that may occur during the transportation (logistics, express delivery, distribution) shall be borne by our company and all expenses incurred during the transportation shall be borne by our company.

 

5. maintenance response: the company promises to reply the quality problems in the warranty period within 24 hours after receiving the notice from the user, and to provide lifelong maintenance service for products beyond the warranty period within 7 working days.

 

6. Parts service: we promise to supply the parts beyond the warranty period at the cost price.
