Features:
The 80MYCY14-1B axial piston pump is equipped with a valve plate and a cylinde block. In order to reduce the friction between the piston shoe and the wear plate, as well as the friction between the cylinder block and the valve plate, the product is designed with a hydrostatic balance system. This design provides the product with longer service life. Also, the product has other features, suct as simple structure, high efficient, light weight, and strong self-suction capability.
The working principle of 80MYCY14-1B piston pump
The main body (see structural section) rotates the cylinder block by the drive shaft, making the seven plungers evenly distributed on the cylinder block rotate around the Central Line of the drive shaft, and press the sliding boots in the column sliding assembly on the variable head (or swash plate) through the central spring. In this way, the plunger reciprocates with the rotation of the cylinder to complete oil absorption and oil pressure action. This pump is dependent on internal control (can also use external control) oil pressure control variable mechanism. The pressure adjustment range of the pump is relatively small. After the variable oil pressure is generated at 3~4Mpa, the flow rapidly reduces to the required high pressure flow value. This kind of pump is actually equivalent to the combination of high and low pressure pump, the pump driving power selection can refer to the pressure compensation variable pump power selection method for calculation. The high-pressure oil from the main body enters the lower chamber of the lower flange (d). When the spring force is greater than the liquid pressure acting on the area of the lower end of the push rod, it pushes the variable piston downward to increase the flow of the pump. When the hydraulic pressure acting on the area of the lower end of the push rod is greater than the force of the spring, the variable piston moves upward to reduce the flow of the pump. When adjusting the characteristics of variables, adjust the adjusting sleeve according to the required range of flow and pressure, so that the flow at the end pressure of the pump will no longer change.
Then adjust the adjusting screw to make the pump flow just changed when the initial pressure meets the requirements.
