The role of pressure switches:
The function of pressure switch is that when the pressure of hydraulic system rises to a certain value, it will send out electric signal and operate electrical components (such as solenoid valve coil or intermediate relay, etc.) to realize sequential action or play a role of safety protection.
The control port K communicates with the hydraulic system. When the oil pressure reaches the regulated pressure, diaphragm 11 and plunger 10 r= l, compress spring 2 until the shoulder of piece 4 touches sleeve 3. At the same time, the plunger 10 on the one hand USES the cone surface to compress the ball 7 spring 9, on the other hand USES the cone surface to push the ball 6 horizontal movement, causes the lever 13 to rotate counterclockwise around the axis 12, presses down the contact rod of the micro switch 14 to send out the electric signal. The oil pressure at the time of sending the electrical signal can be adjusted by screw 1 on the upper end of spring 2.
When the pressure of the oil port K drops to a certain value, springs 2 and 9 meandering through the steel ball 5 and 7 will push down the plunger 10, then the steel ball 6 falls into the cone face groove of the plunger lo, micro j1: close 14 reset and push back the lever 13, the circuit is disconnected. The force of spring 9 ACTS on the cone surface of plunger 10 through steel ball 7. Except that there is a downward component force to press down plunger 10, the forward component force makes the side of plunger lo close to the inner wall of valve body. Thus, there is some friction between the plunger and the valve body as plunger 10 moves. Since the direction of friction is opposite to the direction of plunger movement, when the oil pressure in the control port K pushes up the plunger, the friction force is opposite to the direction of action of the pressure oil. Pressure oil has to overcome friction in addition to spring force. However, when the oil pressure is lowered and the spring force pushes the plunger downward, the friction force is in the same direction as the force of the pressure oil, so the oil pressure when the micro switch is released is smaller than that when the micro switch is lowered. By adjusting the force of spring 9 with screw 8, the differential oil pressure between pressing down and releasing the micro switch can be adjusted
