P series Pressure compensating type piston pump P16-A3-F-R-S-01

When the pressure reaches the set value with the compensator, the flow reduces to the minimum automatically while the pump maintains the set pressure.

The pressure and flow are controlled manually.

Precautions when installing pumps

1, the pump pressure and rotation should be used within the scope of specifications.

2, choose the quality of hydraulic oil in line with ISO standards, viscosity should be in the range of 20~200mm2/S, and usually wear resistance ISO VG32~68 is better.

3, the use of hydraulic oil temperature range of 5~600C, hydraulic oil temperature below 00C occasions hydraulic oil should be heated, in the low speed, low pressure start until the oil temperature rose to 50C before the formal operation.

4. When the suction inlet pressure is at the maximum discharge, it should be above -0.3kgf/cm3 and the flow rate should be within 2m/ SEC.

5. The center line error of the pump shaft and drive shaft shall not be greater than 0.05mm, and the clearance Angle shall be within 10.

6. Please install oil filter net at the suction inlet. The mesh should be below 150mesh and the filtration value is 100um.

7, hydraulic oil should avoid metal powder, water and other foreign matter infiltration and deterioration of the oil, resulting in short pump life, should pay full attention to the oil, the pollution degree below NAS10.
