NXQ accumulator's bladder

The accumulator is composed of a synthetic rubber soft accumulator bladder and a steel shell. The accumulator skin bag NXQ-A-40/31.5-F-Y is used to separate the gas chamber from the oil chamber. The soft bladder is filled with dry nitrogen, and the shell is equipped with a connected nitrogen-filled protective air valve.

 

As the name suggests, the accumulator pouch is used to store gas, the main gas stored is nitrogen.

 

Accumulator skin capsule generally has nitrile rubber, butyl rubber, fluorine rubber these several commonly used materials.

 

Butyl rubber and butyl rubber compared with fluorine rubber, fluorine rubber is not wear-resistant, the service life is not as good as nitrile and butyl. But the corrosion resistance of fluorine rubber is better than that of nitrile and butyl. A very rarely used type is hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber.

 

Temperature resistance: The temperature resistance of hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber is -40~150℃, nitrile, butyl, fluorine rubber is -30~80℃.

 

Oil resistance: nitrile rubber is a common hydraulic oil, butyl and fluorine rubber are fuel resistant.
