NITV series electrical proportional valves are standard with 4 or 16 point preset inputs. The 4-point preset input type can output up to 4 points through the ON/OFF combination of 2-point input signals. The 16-point preset input type can output up to 16 points through the ON/OFF combination of the 4-point input signal.

NITV series NNT proportional valve keeps beeping. What is the reason? The power supply has been ON, and the compressed air and input signal have not been given.
 
 
ITV has built-in solenoid valve for supply and exhaust, which is controlled by pulse. When the set pressure is different from the actual pressure, the solenoid valve will continue to work on-off until the set pressure is reached. The buzzer in question is the actuating sound of the solenoid valve. When cutting OFF the air source, please turn OFF the power supply, otherwise the on-off action of the solenoid valve will reduce its service life. (when the air source pressure is cut off, the supply valve/exhaust valve will continue to work in order to reach the atmospheric pressure when the zero of NITV deviates from the ambient atmospheric pressure, even if the input signal is 0%.)
 
 
Electrical proportional valve notes
 
 
1, before the electrical proportional valve, should be set up below 5 m filtration accuracy and oil mist separator, to ensure that the air source treatment system to meet the requirements of compressed air purification system, to NITV proportional valve to provide clean and dry compressed air, in order to achieve the NITV electrical proportional valve should have a variety of characteristics.
 
 
2. Do not install oil mist before NITV electric proportional valve.
 
 
A. ITV electric proportional valve cuts off the power supply in the pressurized state. The outlet pressure can be maintained temporarily, but cannot be maintained continuously.
 
 
B. ITV electric proportional valve is in the control state. Due to power failure, the outlet pressure can be maintained for one time. In addition, when the outlet is opened to the atmosphere, the pressure will continue to drop until the atmospheric pressure
 
 
C. when the proportional valve of ITV electric is energized, if the supply pressure is cut off, the solenoid valve will still operate, which will generate a buzzing sound and reduce the service life. Therefore, the power supply must be cut off when the air source is cut off.
 
 
There will be residual pressure below 0.005mpa at the outlet side of the electrical proportional valve. In order to completely reduce to 0, the outlet should be equipped with a three-way valve to discharge residual pressure.
 
 
NNT electric proportional valve setting method:
 
 
 
 
After performing the key operation according to the operation sequence, be sure to press the SET key.
 
 
1. Release the key lock according to the release method of key lock.
 
Please press the SET key.
 
 
2. The setting of the minimum pressure, with the "delta" button, the "grand" button set the hope of the minimum pressure value. Please press the SET key.
 
 
3. Maximum pressure setting
 
 
Use the "delta" and "grand" buttons to set the maximum pressure. Please press the SET key. Return to the current pressure display and set the end.
 
 
Commissioning method of electric proportional valve:
 
Turn on the air supply first, then turn on the power. The first step is to perform the retrieval, because the NITV is locked after the power is turned on, long press until the screen Loc flicker, press set key to confirm the UNL retrieval is completed, and the screen appears 0.00.
 
 
Press set to confirm to enter the second step, the minimum pressure setting, the screen shows F_1 and its pressure value 0.00 flashing alternately, press the up and down button to select the required pressure, the minimum pressure setting value must be between 0% and 50% of the whole range, set to 0.1mpa. Press the set key to confirm that, at this point, NITV has entered the minimum pressure value of 0.1mpa just set, even though there is no input signal
 
Step 3: set the maximum pressure. The screen displays F_2 and its pressure value flashing. Press the up and down button to select the required pressure. Press set to confirm,
 
It is particularly noted that once the set button of F_1 and F_2 is set, ITV will start working in accordance with the set value immediately. If there is any wrong operation during the operation, the power will be cut off and the setting will be started after the power is reconnected.
 
 
Wiring method of NNT electric proportional valve is as follows:
 
I used the analog quantity input terminal (monitoring the output pressure) before, the M of the analog quantity module should be short connected to the M terminal of the CPU sensor power supply itself.
