Introduction to electric proportional valve:
NNT electric proportional valve is based on the size of the control signal to adjust the area of the valve core section. Thus, the process goal and requirement of adjusting flow rate can be achieved.
The electric proportional valve can be divided into two kinds of flow control. One is switch control, one is continuous control, servo valve and other valves are different, its energy loss is larger, because it requires a certain flow rate to maintain the work of the front-stage control oil circuit. One is the switch control: either full open, or full close, flow or maximum, or minimum, no intermediate state, such as the ordinary solenoid valve, solenoid directional valve, electro-hydraulic directional valve. The other is continuous control: valve mouth can be opened according to the needs of any one of the open, thus controlling the flow through the size, this kind of valve has manual control, such as throttle valve, but also electronic control, such as proportional valve, servo valve. The electric proportional valve controls the gas pressure through the electrical signal, may realize the gas pressure continuous, the stepless adjustment, may realize the remote control and the program control, for needs to carry on the continuous or the stepless adjustment to the gas pressure occasion, is specially suitable for the electric proportional valve.

NITV series electrical proportional valve standard products have 4 or 16 point preset input type. The 4-point preset input type can output up to 4 points through the combination of 2-point input signals ON/OFF. The 16-point preset input type can output up to 16 points through the combination of 4-point input signal ON/OFF.

ITV has built-in solenoid valve for supply and exhaust, which is controlled by pulse. When the setting pressure is different from the actual pressure, the solenoid valve will continue to work on-off until the setting pressure is reached. The buzzer in question refers to the actuation of the solenoid valve. When cutting OFF the air source, please also turn OFF the power supply, otherwise the solenoid valve on-off continuous action, will reduce its service life. (when the air source pressure is cut off, even if the input signal is 0%, NITV zero point is deviated from the ambient atmospheric pressure, in order to reach the atmospheric pressure value, the supply valve/exhaust valve will continue to work.)
Electrical proportional valve matters needing attention
1, before the electrical proportional valve, should be set up to 5 microns filter precision and oil mist separator, ensure that the gas source treatment system to meet the requirements of compressed air cleaning system, NITV proportional valve to provide clean and dry compressed air, so as to achieve the NITV electrical proportional valve should be different characteristics.
2. NITV proportional valve should not be loaded with oil mist before.
A. ITV electric proportional valve cuts off the power supply under pressure, and the outlet side pressure can be temporarily maintained, but it cannot be maintained all the time.
B. ITV electric proportional valve is under control. Due to power failure and loss of power, the outlet pressure can be maintained once. In addition, when the outlet is opened to the atmosphere, the pressure will continue to drop until the atmospheric pressure

D. ITV2000/NITV3000 electrical proportional valve outlet side will have residual pressure below 0.005mpa, to completely reduce to 0, the outlet should be equipped with a three-way valve discharge residual pressure.
NNT electric proportional valve setting method:
After performing the key operation according to the operation sequence, be sure to press the SET key.
1. Release the key lock according to the release method of key lock.
Please press the SET key.
2. The minimum pressure setting, with the train key, polish key set the minimum pressure value. Please press the SET key.
3. Set the maximum pressure
Use the train key, function key to set the maximum pressure value. Please press the SET key. Return to the current pressure display and set the end.
Debugging method of electric proportional valve:
Turn on the air source first, then turn on the power. The first step sets the setting setting to give the screen a 0.00 setting when the button is set to give the setting setting.
The setting setting sets the setting to within the range of 0 to 50 percent of the setting value, which sets the setting to 0.1MPa. Press the set key to confirm that NITV has entered the minimum pressure of 0.1MPa just set, even without input signal
The third step sets the maximum pressure setting, which sets the setting value between 10% and 100% of the range and sets the setting value to 0.6MPa. Press set to confirm,
In particular, after the setting of F_1 and F_2 is completed, once the set key is pressed, ITV will immediately start working according to the set value.
