CBQT and CBQL series double gear oil pump shells are made of high-strength aluminum alloy, and the internal structure USES several advanced technologies such as axial clearance floating compensation, radial balance and DU self-lubrication. It has the characteristics of high volume efficiency, high pressure, low noise, strong vibration resistance and long life.
Product installation and precautions:
A. working medium
1. It is recommended to use l-hm46 or similar viscosity hydraulic oil in summer and l-hm32 or similar viscosity hydraulic oil in winter.
2. Working oil temperature range -- 20-80.
3. System cleanliness directly affects the reliability of hydraulic components. Before refueling, the oil tank and pipeline should be fully cleaned
Oil tank (rated flow rate shall not be less than twice the pump flow rate), return pipe line filter accuracy shall not be less than 25um filter.
B, Gear oil pump
1. Before starting the oil pump, carefully check whether the inlet and outlet and rotation direction are consistent with the direction indicated by the label. Do not reverse rotation.
2. Flexible coupling shall be used to connect the pump drive shaft and the output shaft of the prime mover, and its non-coaxiality shall not be greater than 0.1mm.
3, should ensure that the pump shaft does not bear radial force, axial force and bending moment. Install gear pump, shaft should be slowly imported, do not forcibly knock, axial collision, otherwise it will be on the pump
Cause serious damage.
4. The oil absorption height of the pump shall not be more than 0.5m.
5. No bump is allowed at the connection flange of the oil inlet. Joint surface, joint must be strictly sealed to prevent air leakage, otherwise it will cause noise, vibration, foam and other abnormal, reduce gear pump life.

gear pump suction pipe diameter should ensure that the oil flow rate is less than 1.5m/s.
