What problems should be paid attention to in the installation of energy storage device

Before installation, the accumulator should be checked as follows: whether the product is the same as the choice, whether the filling valve is firm, and whether the inlet and outlet of the oil inlet valve are blocked.

 

The accumulator should be installed in a place convenient for inspection and maintenance and away from the heat source. The accumulator used in the holding circuit shall be installed as close to the actuator as possible. The accumulator used to absorb pressure pulsation and mitigate hydraulic impact shall be installed near the shock source or pulsation source.

 

Cystic accumulator should be installed vertically and the oil orifice is downward to ensure the normal contraction of the air bag. When installed in an inclined or horizontal way, the skin damage will be accelerated and the function of the accumulator will be reduced. There is no special installation requirement for diaphragm accumulator, which can be installed vertically downward or horizontally.

 

The installation steps of the bladder accumulator air bag are as follows: firstly, a small amount of hydraulic oil is injected into the housing of the accumulator, and the oil is applied evenly on the inner wall of the housing and the outer wall of the air bag, and then the air bag is discharged. Secondly, screw the auxiliary rod into the air seat of the air bag, and then open the lower end of the shell into the shell, and pull out the rod at the upper end of the shell. Finally, remove the pull rod, install the nut, and fix the air bag on the shell.

 

 

Globe valves shall be installed between the accumulator and the pipeline for use during aeration and maintenance. A one-way valve should be installed between the accumulator and the hydraulic pump to prevent the pressure oil in the accumulator from flowing back to the oil tank when the pump stops working. After the energy storage device is installed, an inert gas (usually nitrogen) should be used in the inflatable energy storage device, and its inflation allows working pressure to be determined according to the energy storage structure.
