The use of engineering machinery to troubleshoot problems in winter

Winter use of engineering machinery, oil, gas path, cooling pipe because of the coldness of the weather trouble, all kinds of these failures are mostly related to "ice" (specific reasons as shown in the following instances). This should be paid attention to in use, so as to be able to troubleshoot timely and smoothly after failure.

(1) liquid oil freezes. A ZL50 loader, after start-up, finds that the torque converter oil pressure (outlet pressure) is 0, variable speed control oil pressure is 0.5mpa (normal value is 1.08-1.47 Mpa), and the machine can't get off the road after the stop. Open the filler cap of the transmission, the hydraulic oil have been found to freeze into ice slag (waxy), burner is used after baking transmission, filter and the main line, then start again, the display in the instrument pressure is normal, the machine can run normally.

 (2) the filter is blocked. A w4-60 excavator was fired shortly after it was started, with a manual pump of oil to remove air from the fuel line, and it stalled soon after the restart. To check the tubing of the fuel tank to the oil delivery pump and the oil pump to the diesel filter, there are no clogging areas, and the diesel filter is removed and the filter cartridge is frozen. The main reason is that, when the machine stop seal in the autumn, not to change garments according to the maintenance, the original diesel high solidifying point, freezing in the winter because of cleaner diesel fuel will filter almost seal, although reluctantly to start with, but to shut down due to lack of filter blockage, diesel oil supply. When the ice in the filter element is removed and the diesel oil is replaced, the diesel engine is back to normal.

(3) diesel oil freezes. A Shanghai 120A bulldozer flameout when leveling the site. When pumping oil with manual pump, only a small amount of fluid flow out of the air pump screw at the pump. Check the diesel tank, the oil is sufficient, but the diesel has ice residue (the wax). Check the pipeline of the diesel tank to the oil delivery pump, and find that the pipe is also in the sludge, causing the oil flow to be not smooth. The reason is that the diesel box is filled with zero # diesel, which causes the machine to freeze during winter homework. After cleaning the oil circuit and replacing the diesel oil with low freezing point, the diesel engine has returned to normal and has not been extinguished.

(4) the thermostat fails. A YZ10B type roller, which starts the diesel engine after a very short time to find that the water tank has a "boiling" phenomenon. Check the water tank to feel cool, indicating that the cooling water is not fully circulating. When the thermostat is removed, it is found that there is ice in the thermostat, so that the main valve cannot be opened, causing the cooling water to be unable to carry out the big circulation, thus causing the engine water temperature to rise too fast and the phenomenon of "frying pan" occurs.
