The accumulator absorbs pressure pulsation poorly
1. Poor flow stability released by the accumulator
The instantaneous flow rate of the liquid filling and discharging of the accumulator is a variable, especially in systems with large capacity and with a large range of temperature p=p2-p1, to obtain a relatively constant and large instantaneous flow rate, the following measures can be adopted: The impeller replaces a large capacity accumulator in parallel with several smaller capacity accumulators, and several smaller capacity accumulators adopt different deflator pressure. The volume of the energy storage structure (nominal volume) can be increased appropriately. Sufficient liquid filling time can be arranged in a working cycle to reduce leakage of other parts of the system during liquid filling, so that the pressure of the accumulator can be rapidly increased to p2 during liquid filling and energy can be released.
2. The accumulator does not work
The main causes are serious air leakage of the air valve, no nitrogen in the skin, and damaged oil intake. In addition, when p0, >, p2, i.e. the maximum working pressure is too low, the energy storage function (no energy storage) is completely lost.
3. Poor effect of absorbing pressure pulsation
In order to better play the role of the accumulator in absorbing the pulsating pressure, the connection pipe of the accumulator and the main branch point should be short, the diameter should be appropriately large, and it should be installed close to the pulsating source. Otherwise, it's less effective at removing pressure pulsations, and sometimes even exacerbating them.
