Pressure relay on and off conditions
Broken bottom line and continuity conditions
The worst problem in low-voltage distribution lines is the short circuit. Therefore, once a short circuit occurs, the low-voltage power distribution pressure relays (such as circuit breakers and fuses) used for short-circuit maintenance in demand lines are immediately operated to break the fault current. Secondly, it is sometimes shown that in the event of a fault in the system, the switch pressure relay closes, so some distribution pressure relays are required to have the ability to switch on the short-circuit current.
The short-circuiting of the pressure relay can only be related to the maximum peak value of the short-circuit current (short-circuit impulse current). The electromotive force generated by the inrush current may cause the contacts to repel during the turn-on process, causing the contacts to melt. The additional short-circuiting turns on the ability to turn on the power distribution pressure relay, which refers to the peak value of the maximum short-circuit current that the pressure relay can turn on under the regular experimental voltage and the parameters of the rule. The rule parameter refers to the power factor of the experimental loop for the communication pressure relay and the time constant for the DC pressure relay. The communication pressure relay can only be switched off with an additional short-circuit current. Multiply by the peak factor of the rules in Table 1.3 to show. The additional short-circuit breaking ability is the short-circuit current that the pressure relay can break under the regular voltage, frequency and certain power factor (or time constant). The communication pressure relay is indicated by the effective value of the cycle weight. The breaking pressure of the communication pressure relay is the same as the required power factor of the switching power.
