3. When the accumulator is used for buffering and absorbing pulsation, it should be installed as close to the vibration source as possible.

 

 

4. In order to prevent reverse flow of pressure oil stored by the accumulator, it is necessary to install a one-way valve between the accumulator and the hydraulic pump.

 

 

5. It should also be noted that welding, riveting and machining on the accumulator are not allowed, which will reduce the service life of the product.

 

 

Finally, after the installation of the encapsulated energy accumulator, it is necessary to do another check, test run and make relevant records. If none of the above is a problem, it can be put into use.
