Hydraulic system piping installation principles

Hydraulic pipeline installation is a major project of hydraulic system equipment installation. The quality of pipeline installation is one of the key factors that affect the working performance of hydraulic system.
 
1. According to the hydraulic schematic diagram, the design and distribution of the pipe shall first consider the required connection components, hydraulic components, pipe joints and flange.
 
2. The pipe materials used must have clear original materials, and the pipes with unknown materials are not allowed to be used.
 
3. The pipe diameter of the hydraulic system below 50mm can be cut by grinding wheel cutter. Pipes over 50mm in diameter shall generally be cut by machining. If gas cutting is used, mechanical machining must be used to remove the part of tissue change caused by gas cutting. Except for the return pipe, pressure is not allowed to be cut by the pipe with roller-type extrusion cutter. Pipe cutting surface must be smooth, remove burrs, oxide skins, slag, etc. The cut surface should be perpendicular to the pipe axis.
 
4. Cold bending method can be adopted for pipes with external diameter less than 30mm. When the outside diameter of the pipe is 30 ~ 50mm, cold bending or hot bending method can be adopted. When the outer diameter of the pipe is greater than 50mm, thermal bending is generally adopted.
 
5. When the hydraulic pipe adopts butt welding, the inner wall of the weld must be 0.3 ~ 0.5mm higher than that of the pipe. It is not allowed to recede into the inner wall. After the welding is finished, the higher welds in the inner wall are smoothed with file or hand wheel. Remove welding slag and burrs to achieve a smooth and clean degree.
 
6. During the welding process, wind, rain and snow shall be prevented. After pipe welding, weld joints with wall thickness less than or equal to 5mm shall be naturally cooled at room temperature and shall not be forced cooling by strong wind or water spraying.
 
7. The weld shall be fully welded, and the appearance shall be even and even. The welds of pressure pipelines shall be inspected by sampling inspection.
 
8. After pipe fitting, welding and pre-installation, the pipe is opened again for pickling and phosphating. After pickling and phosphating the pipe, the hot air is fed into the pipe for rapid drying. After drying, if in a few days to be reinstalled into the system, hydraulic oil in the pipe, generally do not do anti-rust treatment, but should be properly kept. If it needs to be used for a long time and needs to be coated with anti-rust paint, it must be phosphorylated for 48 hours before being painted. It should be noted that the anti-rust coating must be compatible with the cleaning solution or the hydraulic oil used in the later pipeline cleaning.
 
9. Before the pipe is installed again after pickling, phosphating and drying, the inner wall of each pipe shall be precleaned once. After the pre-cleaning, the system should be reinstalled as soon as possible to carry out the overall cycle purification treatment of the system until it reaches the cleanliness level required by the system design.
