Energy storage device disassembly method diagram

A) unscrew the protective cover 6 and seal cover 5 first, and release nitrogen using the nitrogen charging detection tool; Use a special spanner to remove the air valve core; Then unscrew vent bolt 19 from the oil valve.

 

 

B) the small energy storage device is clamped with a bench clamp, and the large energy storage device should be placed on the mounting table. Loosen and unscrew with a C wrench

 

 

Nut 18, take out spacing ring 17. (if necessary, use a plastic hammer to loosen the spacing ring.)

 

 

C) loosen the oil valve 9 and slide it into the housing. Remove o-ring 16 and washer 15 from oil valve.

 

 

D) remove the split ring 14 from the oil valve and fold it out.

 

 

E) take out the oil valve.

 

 

F) unscrew the stop nut 4 at the gas valve of the skin and remove the skin.
