Introduction and principle of constant pressure electric check valve.

 

Constant pressure electric check valve is a kind of using spring adjustment swing electric check valve, the pipeline can be used for all kinds of pump and centralized control, prevent the backflow medium, the valve has simple structure, reliable trial, has been widely used in petrochemical, electric power, water conservancy, light industry and other departments.

 

The constant pressure electric check valve (FIG. 6-27) consists of a swing type electric check valve and a spring. The valve is closed by its own weight, the force of the spring and the pressure differential of the medium, so as to prevent backflow of the medium. When the pressure regulating bolt, spring in a free state, the body of the medium through the disc, the disc to swing movement around the pin shaft, medium through hole into the lower part of the piston under the hydraulic cylinder cover, the valve lever jacking; When the spring is in compression, the valve is connected to the rocker by the piston to limit the movement of the electric check valve disc.
