Connection ways of flow control valve
From the perspective of the connection mode of flow control valve, all kinds of valve class usually have pipe connection (also called a threaded connection), several type plate connection and flange connection, when using can choose according to need. To use the pipe flange connection, the connection and flow control valve installed in the pipeline directly, simple structure, change the circuit design is easy, but the sealing performance is poorer, inconvenient installation and components generally are more dispersed. Plate connection need to use special connection board, but you can make the layout is neat and beautiful, replacement components, convenient and easy installation and maintenance, also facilitate the components together at the same time, the control and adjustment more convenient. There are several ways to use the current connector:
 
(1) single layer connection plate. Install the plate element on a joint board, and the valve oil circuit is connected by tube after plate.
 
(2) double-layer connection plate.
 
(3) overall connection plate.
 
(4) integrated block
