Basis for selecting column tube cooler
The column tube cooler directly absorbs the heat from the oil through the heat dissipation area of the pipeline, and also causes the oil flow to be turbulent. The following considerations should be taken into account when selecting:
Basic requirements
1. Sufficient heat dissipation area
2. High heat dissipation efficiency
3. The pressure loss is small when the oil passes through
4. Compact, strong, small in size and light in weight
Ii. Selection basis
1. Technical requirements of the system: temperature, flow rate, pressure and heat taken away by the cooler when the system working liquid enters the cooler;
2. System environment: environmental temperature, cooling water temperature and water quality
3. Installation conditions: the position of the cooler and its available space;
4. Economy: purchase cost, operating cost and maintenance cost, etc.
