Analysis of spring break of accumulator

A:The spring breaks
1. The air pressure leakage phenomenon occurred during a period of time, and the pressure should be replenished sometimes after half a month.
2. Because of the vibration of the mill, it was found that the energy storage capsule had been broken and damaged.
3. Click inside the accumulator cylinder is sometimes heard.
4. The inner wire outlet of the accumulator and the steel pipe connecting screw are often loose, resulting in leakage.
5. There will be heat in the bottom of the accumulator.
B. Causes
The first one is caused by the leakage of air at the valve port of the accumulator. The main vent can be brushed with soap after the completion of the flushing, and the leakage phenomenon can be checked. Pressure gauges or gas pressure sensors can also be installed at the vent.
 
The second, third, fourth, and fifth defects are all related to the conical valve spring of the accumulator. Think about what happens when the bottom end of the spring comes off; What serious consequences would there be if the spring broke and broke. Into the accumulator, the capsule is damaged; Entering the cylinder, the cylinder body, piston, piston rod, guide sleeve will have different degrees of damage; Entering the system, the pump and related valves will be unable to work. Especially the cylinder, once discarded, great loss.
 
 
C. How to solve it
1. All the accumulator outlets are threaded and connected to flange, which will make the grinder vibrate to a certain extent and will not cause oil leakage at the interface.
2. Concerning the problem of energy storage cone valve core spring, new energy storage spring can be developed.
