Accumulator air tightness inspection period

Generally, the following points should be noted when using the accumulator:

 

1. As an emergency power source, the accumulator must be constantly checked and maintained to ensure that it is in good condition and safe.

 

2. The airbag must be inspected for air tightness regularly. General rules are: the initial use of the accumulator, the first week of a check, the first month should be checked again, after the annual check.

 

3. When the aeration pressure of the accumulator is lower than the specified value, it should be filled timely to ensure that it is always in the best working state.

 

4. When the accumulator is not working, check the air tightness of the valve first. If it is deflated, it should be replenished; If the valve is leaking oil, it should find out if the air bag is damaged. If the valve is leaking oil, the relevant parts should be replaced.

 

5. Before filling the air bag accumulator, a little hydraulic oil should be poured from the oil port to lubricate the air bag.
